Since yesterday, whenever someone logs into NetSuite using an RF gun, the top half of the NetSuite page is completely missing. We've tried clearing the browser cache, but that did not work. Has anyone else ran into this lately? We just had our 2023.1 update the same day this started happening.

i had a similar glitch yesterday where my classic center was blank, that is, I had names, but no color, and functionality was distorted. But just for one day

Saw it today with some user, but in our case it was the cache.

I've never dealt with the scan guns, but to fix that in the 'regular' UI, switching color schemes usually works. Maybe have that user change their color scheme in their personal preferences on a laptop/pc and then log out and back in on the gun?
