Hey guys, My HR team was wondering if Netsuite has any system for applicant tracking system (ATS)? ATS is software that manages the recruiting and hiring process, including job postings and job applications. It organizes information about job seekers and makes it searchable. An ATS tracks candidates through the hiring process. Is anyone familiar with this? or did anyone use a similar platform to do this?

I work for an client that uses HiBOB. It has native SOAP connector to NetSuite. Not a commercial 🙂 just info for you … I have done some customization on the NetSuite side, don’t have access to BoB app

Maybe SuitePeople?

We use SuitePeople and they have the Job Requisition that allows managers to open a job req when there’s a potential opening. We then integrate Job Requisition to Lever, another system that allows to track candidates all throughout the Recruitment cycle.
