03/06/2020, 9:33 PMALSO: major security flaw with V2. There's no option to disable viewing files outside of NetSuite. How it works, is the first time someone views a record in NS (which means they have permissions on it) they are added as a collaborator.

03/10/2020, 9:34 PM@Lei you need to untick "Prevent users [...]" in the config for your V1 NetSuite integration. You can do this by going to Box -> Admin Console -> Apps and scroll down to Individual Application Controls. From there, remove the filters and search for the Integration called just "NetSuite"
