Team, I need your recommendation. I did not find how to select a list of Credit Memos OR a list of Payments in NetSuite to pay off a bunch of invoices in a bundle. Is it possible in NetSuite to select several payments or several Credit Memos for one customer and pay off a bunch of invoices with this list of Payments? If yes, could you provide the instruction or screenshots on how to do it? If in NetSuite I can only select a Payment or Credit Memo to pay off an invoice, then based on NetSuite’s practice, in what order is it more correct to pay off an invoice if I have both a payment and a Credit Memo? That is, what do you recommend using first from the point of view of financial transactions, Payment, or Credit to pay off the invoice?

Slava Ukraini! Transactions > Customer > Accept Payments, try there. Obviously ( or maybe not so much, so her it goes) you can only apply a payment to one customer at the time. Another way to do it is via Transactions > Bank > Automated Cash Application (if using match bank data)
