Hey guys, is there any native internal ticketing system or bundle that NS has? I'm not trying to integrate anything like zendesk or service now

Internal help desk that’s what it’s called in Netsuite.

where do you go to get to that?

Setup > Company > Setup Tasks > Enable Features > CRM > CRM. Under the Support section, check the Help Desk box.
