Does anyone know what could be causing Kits to not break out on Item Fulfillments? The only thing that has changed is the Kit Components are no longer serialized items and just normal inventory items.

Serialized items naturally expand on fulfillment because you need to select the correct inventory number. This isn't necessary when Kits contain non-serialized components so they don't expand.
