Hey, The est. unit cost is showing as 0.00 on several item lines on a sales order - I have tried changing to custom and back to average but it is still 0.00, even though that is not the average cost at the location. Any ideas why this would happen?

Are you using the Est. gross Profit feature?

if you add a new line, is it correct? (NS might only set the value upon add of new line)

No still not correct, and the order is already fulfilled so i cannot re-do the order

No, I am saying I think that info is only updated when order created.
