Does anyone know what WK Media means in NetSuite?

Do you have a context for that? I've never heard of it

It's within a vendor change report, it's related to the Field Status

Looks like maybe a custom field / flag on your vendor record

But they don't have any impact right?

I wouldnt know - it appears to just be a flag that was set to false by Brent Covert. It might drive something, like if set to true they get some media sent? You would have to ask someone in your org what WK Media is - and what it drives when true/ false
