We have certain non-admin users receiving admin emails (sandbox refresh etc). How do we manage the users being emailed admin-type emails from netsuite?

@David Torres First you go and check to make sure you didn't set them up to receive those emails somehow (e.g. searches, groups, sandbox email preferences, etc.). Then if they're really receiving actual Account Owner type emails (system downtimes, notification of feature changes, etc.) directly from NetSuite you contact your account rep to get them to fix it.
It would be helpful to have a more exhaustive list of specifically what "admin-type" emails you're receiving. Just sandbox sounds like your sandbox and release preview email preferences, but more examples might point in a different direction.
