Does anyone know what resolution and aspect ratio works best for a standard form logo?

That's part of it, yes. The other part is me trying to figure out how to ask to get a high quality image at those dimensions. Asking generally for higher quality could lead to a lot of back and forth

well that's the problem. what i have doesnt work and there's been a lot of back and forth so I was wondering if anyone knew of specifics for what works
