Hi All. The Purchase order is in PENDING BILLING/PARTIALLY RECEIVED status. When I click "Receive" it does not list the item pending receipt on Item Sublist on Item Receipt record. Why?

Yes, take a look on the attached file.

on the item receipt click on expenses tab and see if shipping fee is there... looks like the other item has been fully received but shipping fee is outstanding
otherwise you can close the shipping fee line item so that it is not pending

But this issue has started happening since Friday. Before that, I was able to receive the Shipping Fee under the item sublist. Let me check your suggestion while you think more on my comment.
Expense Sublist is empty.

you can also check to see if the shipping fee item has been modified and the "fulfilled/received" box is unchecked?

Already checked. That checkbox is checked.
More info, this PO is created from an SO but the Shipping Fee is added separately on both SO and PO. The Shipping fee is then received separately on the PO. This is the standard process being done since long and it was working fine until this Friday.

Did someone change the settings of can be fulfilled/received on that fee?
I assume it is a non-inventory item

Yes, but that checkbox can be changed once the transactions are created for that item. And that item has so many transaction since 2018. Also, that item has been received before.
Yes, all the item are non-inventory and they are drop-ship.
NetSuite is not able to help and still investigating the issue.
