Whenever I have drop ship items, with separate vendors, it creates 2 PO's, any way to get it to create 1?

How would you create 1 PO with 2 vendors?

the vendor exists under relationships, and I would suspect it would see that, and then create the single PO

Because I'm not sure how you would create 1 PO for 2 different vendors

OK and both items have the same vendor as preferred vendor?

If the items are set with the same preferred vendor it should create 1 dropship PO automatically

okay, but if not, then i need some scripting?

to search for the vendor on the item, and then create PO

yeah if you don't have the preferred vendor then it will require scripting

but how will you know which vendor to assign if you don't have any preferred vendor?
