I created a JE Rejection Reason custom record for a JE Approval WF. I'm using Go To Record to go to the custom record and using a separate WF on that record to send the user back to the JE. The JE is the parent, obviously. I customized the default view on the JE sublist, but how can I force users onto the custom view?

Can't you do this from the Roles tab of the saved search that makes up your custom view? The Preferred Sublist View checkbox

Can you use the "Show in List" checkboxes on the fields of your custom record to show the correct fields in the correct order for the default view?

@Justin B's solution works best for me. I always end up customizing the view at some point anyways.
