Hello, I'm using the Customer Part Number feature from the Supply Chain Mangement bundle. It's working well in the User Interface but for the orders created by Map Reduce scripts, it's not working. Is it a limitation ? Any ideas ? ( its an admin role running the map reduce script).

Pretty sure it works only via client script, meaning a CSV import cannot trigger the lookup

i believe so yes - going forward i now opt to build our own custom scripted solution for CPN instead of netsuite's, due to its limitations
