Hello all. I am trying to use standard NetSuite shipping feature to determine the handling cost. I do not see an option (on Shipping Item) for charging handling based on the percentage of SHIPPING TOTAL and not the TOTAL. Is there a standard NS way to calculate this or do I need to use a workflow or script. Thank you!
