Hi, when creating sales order. I can only select value in one of theses fields, Terms and Payment method. if i select terms and then select the payment method, the terms field gets unselected. is this the default behavior of netsuite. can i change it?

you are using a form based off the standard sales order form

if payment method is set, the billing transaction is a cash sale

if terms is set (or neither), the billing transaction is an invoice

okay, and will the same conditions apply when we create order from a script. and also is there any work around

not that i know of. i dont know the point either, netsuite cant use both in the billing transaction
