Just had someone mention the SLC. Some may be entitled to a credit on their bill or handle better negotiations if their contracts are coming up. As their status page only shows for “Boston” “customers”

02/14/2023, 11:05 PMside note on this. Someone on reddit just posted they believe they're missing 30 minutes worth of transactions between 11.40am and the outage at 12.10pm EST. If your system comes back online and you are high volume in transactions you might want to check.
I can't confirm they're correct in what they are saying but thought it was worth spreading the concern if true.

02/14/2023, 11:14 PMMy guess is that it was either a physical issue with the site or an issue that was going to replicate across DC's so that had to stop it spreading - power outage is the fastest way to stop trouble

02/15/2023, 1:32 AMNetsuite support responded to us and said there was smoke in the Boston data center and a fire alarm incident around 12:13pm Et. They shut down everything as a safety precaution. Seems like a long time to keep things shut down though.
