Question about backups -- Does netsuite maintain any periodic backups of our environments that we would be able to access as the account holder? If not — what are you using as a backup solution? What steps would you take if a rouge employee, for example, deleted out a bunch of transactions?

First line of defense would probably be to see if we can restore from our sandboxes. We try to sync them at least once a quarter. We also use an ETL tool named Stitch to extract data and place in cloud storage. It wouldn’t be easy to restore but at least it’s there and we would have a chance.
