@Kevin if you are referring to the out of box "Open Purchase Orders" report, you can customize it and add line items. Click customize, then in the "Add Fields" section, find "Item" and expand it, and add name etc.

Thanks! That enabled me to pull the custom fields that my boss made, didn’t realize netsuite was this dynamic. Also will save me time from entering duplicate fields and improve errors! I love this slack.
