Hi Everyone! We are having an issue with some of our inventory sku's being held in the system with a $0 value. We think this comes about when an inventory item is received into a location where it hasn't previously existed. This $0 value then stays with the inventory item throughout the rest of its movements (either through a sale to a customer or moving to another location). Has anyone else experienced this? Are there preferences that we can set that take the average cost from the subsidiary rather than the location? #C2SGFFVLG

Your cause is correct. I'm not sure there is a way to natively fix this other than to receive it where you sent it from and then transfer it to the other location, or to use standard cost instead.
