If my line level transactions normally have dropdowns in them, but suddenly they stop working for certain users, is this a netsuite issue, or is there some browser setting or cache I need to refresh? See screenshot below: if I click the down arrows, nothing happens in the front end
however if I type, I can see and select records

Try in incognito browser or Firefox to confirm if it’s a browser issue or not
Most likely it’s a browser issue- if not, then report it to NetSuite support

Is it possible that the number of locations just became more than the
Maximum Entries in Dropdowns
preference? (That still doesn't explain why the down arrows doesn't work, but it would explain what just changed, and why it is only affecting some users).

thanks for the idea! just tried it, but sadly no joy. Have raised a case with netsuite support
