<@UGS82S7GA> - it looks like it is set for Pending Approval status and that’s why they cannot edit it

<@UFCC2GQ95> They should be able to, if they create a normal journal entry, it will also go to Pending Approval but they still can edit

for some reason, when its an upload or something else, they can't edit it

check the last line on your workflow - it would make a difference if you set it on Save, not on upload
