I want to Filter the Custom Transaction List Field with Item Receipt attached to Purchase Order, when user is creating Bill for Same Purchase Order.

that said, you need to provide more detail

i still think you probably want to provide more details. especially about if it is a transaction body field or sublist and what you want to use it for

this looks like a sourcing and/or filtering type question and that feature is somewhat limited in what it can do
