09/11/2019, 3:24 AM@kyle is a lead administrator for both slack and the website for NetSuite professionals. I'm not sure I've seen what you mean by aggressive spamming of articles? Unless you are referring to the slack bot posting when a new question is created on the website.
If you are referring to that then, we are having some discussions over how it should work, it's certainly a fine line between driving traffic towards the site and posting too frequently.
The primary goal is to improve user responses by allowing individuals to tag their questions, and provide a searchable log. (Slack logs only go back so far)
