I have a saved search on a custom record with a field that is a list/record of vendors. In the results the field displays properly but when I want to add an available filter so the user can select the vendor the options in the drop down are: All Unassigned Mine My Team Mine and Unassigned My Team and Unassigned Why is that? Why is it not giving me the list of vendors to select from?

Are there more than 1,000 list values? If so, NS won't show them in the available filter and will show only the options you listed. We just use a free form text filter which is more user friendly than scrolling through hundreds or thousands of options anyway.
