Does anyone know where the default GL's are set for VB, can't seem to find the setting anywhere and it's using a wrong GL...

look into internal IDs of the accounts. Depending on when you enabled the functionality native AP accounts internal IDs will differ. But they are definitely in the first 100s. I have 111 and 112 in two different instances

I am not sure what “change” means. What are you trying to do exactly? Are you saying you have transactions posted already to your native AP account and you want to change that account to another newly created one?

if that’s the case you can only do it going forward. At some point all transactions will be posting to your new account, but transactions “in progress” will remain on your native AP account

just a word of caution - I would never not use the native account. there are functionalities/settings that are associated with that account natively, you will have to rebuild them all, fair warning, future surpises

there are multiple settings, and native AP is set for reporting. if you do not know about these ’settings” I strongly advise you against moving from the native account

I get the warning and as said will take them into account. Just can’t seem to find the setting, not just a normal user looking at a quick solution I read somewhere
