My other thought was that this must have been a one-off glitch as we do SO MANY of these a day, we would be getting this more often if it was truly a problem. We've never seen it before, with no changes to back end scripts recently either... The order mentioned seems to be processing just fine, so... who knows. Thanks again guys!
