Anyone know how I can get a custom field in inventory detail? I want to create a field for vendor lot number to be recorded with the lot number when we do receipts of items. We generate internal lot numbers, for clarification..

You can create the field (Customization &gt; Lists, Records, Fields &gt; Item Number Fields) however it does not show up with the inventory pop-up when receiving items.

You can only edit and add the custom fields after it has been received...

Why not use the vendor lot number as your number?

Makes tracking it in event of recall much easier...
