we’re a simple enough wholesale distribution business so we don’t deal with manufacturing etc., but we do buy in one unit and sell in another. i just botched up the setup initially on a few old items with 3+ years transaction history i’d rather not lose

Its a sunk cost at this point. Without UOM you couldn't compare sales directly anyways
