Hi guys. When I perform a saved search for "Inventory, non-inventory items," everything appears as expected except for the "billing schedule." I have a drop-down list for "billing schedule" in both inventory and non-inventory items and I selected "1 month billing," but after saving, the saved search does not show the "billing schedule." Is there a solution for this problem? Thank you.

What's the Criteria? My guess is that you have something that is blocking those trans results. Also -- that first result formula you have can be replaced with the result of "Feed Name"

Oh wait - Billing Schedule is on the item record? If so, it should just be a result of "Billing Schedule" not trans... billing schedule.

yes right but i can't find it there only under transaction.

Item Field > Default Level for Search/Reporting set to None?

Can you click on the grey text that says

BILLING SCHEDULE

and see what the ID is?

yes you are right. But how to find it in saved search do i have to create a custom field.
