@Joel B. Mohler to be honest, NetSuite really does not provide a single place to review all customization changes, at least not at the level it sounds like you would want to see. With some effort, you could leverage the SDF to continually pull down all available customizations into a revision control repository, and review the files for changes. That might produce a lot of noise, and it would also miss things that do not have metadata available through the SDF framework yet. It's also going to be all XML, which is not great for non-technical users. There are also third party packages like Strongpoint that specialize in change management and change detection, providing audit reports for less technical users, but that comes at a cost in terms of fees and learning to use the bundle effectively.
