@Matt Benson I mean of course it always depends on the specifics of the situation. But as a guideline, I'd say go by the cost/footprint of your licensing. If you have no one capable of managing Netsuite and can hire a qualified admin you really like for less that 50% of what you're paying in licensing costs, it's almost certainly worth it, as they should help you be able to get the most out of your system.
@Matt Benson I would say 100% of licensing costs is the typical upper limit to where it's probably not going to be worth it. And in between is going to be a judgement call.

I think a large portion of it also depends on how many users and what functionality you are using. If you are a 10 user outfit, hiring a full time admin is hard to swallow. If you are a 40 user company - there could be some good gains there. @Matt Benson

if cost is the factor, then there are some netsuite partners who provides adhoc admin service. Another option is to train existing employee who can act as part time admin
