is there a general spot where the soapenv is defined? It seems like whatever version I try for the webservices url it still tells me that I haven't defined soapenv

you can try posting your exact error message, but soapenv is typically the namespace for the soap envelope. Not sure what that means for your programming environment, but changing urls generally wont fix that
