Is there any way to grab the purchase description off the purchase order directly instead of from the item record in a saved search? I have some POs with line items with edited descriptions that show up blank

right, a po search with main line = false, show memo

as in, have people use that instead of changing the description?

What do you mean by changing the description?

There are two Memo fields, one is Main level, one is the line level

So in your saved search, just expose the line level Memo
