To be blunt, I'm not sure I buy the 99.9 percent uptime statistic from NetSuite, because they don't consider certain times down that I would. However, they are generally reliable. I thoroughly enjoy the flexibility that NetSuite offers and performing implementations. Just little gripes here and there.
