@Feroz Riaz yes I've got experience with both. Netsuite is more user-friendly and intuitive to use. Customizing, data reporting, flexibility is way better in Netsuite. Microsoft is really trying to be an ERP - their cloud based service is quite new. I'm struggling with Dynamics 365 with a client right now! And having office and SharePoint integration really doesn't mean a whole lot to an ERP system. Also there's a lot of add ons bundles and applications for Netsuite and integration with other systems (EDI, e-commerce platforms, shipping platforms, 3PLs etc) is way better in Netsuite.
