I run an automotive company with roughly 20 employees. Currently we run the entire operation manually and the accounting is done QuickBooks. We have issues with manual workflows causing errors and mistakes. Time wasted with Repeatedly entering data and feeding to different department. Monitoring KPI, reports etc. it seems the company is not on a single PAGE. What my goals from ERp is to get all departments and employees to use a single platform so we can work in as one streamlined team. We also use Microsoft m365 business which gives us access to share point and office suite such as excel and word and along with outlook exchange, azure active directory and Microsoft teams.
