Is there a setting that allows NetSuite to capture CC's for an amount LESS THAN the authorization. I know we did this at my previous company. At my current company trying to charge a CC for an Item Fulfillment of $80 fails if the authorization is for any amount other than $80 exactly. It SHOULD fail if the authorization is < $80 but I was under the impression it would capture $80 for any authorization >= $80.

We use Solupay as an integration for payment processing, and we've not had that issue. Have you checked with your payment processing integration company?
