if i am creating an Intercompany customer how would it work if my headquarters buys for all of my 15+ subs? would i have to create a Headquarters customer in each subsidiary? that will be like 15 records?

Intracompany customer and supplier can be linked to one subsidiary only. So you’ll have to create headquarters customer in al the 15 plus subs.
