Is it possible to set a List/Record field via a workflow using a text value from an other field? I have a custom record where the user would enter in the sales order number, instead of having them select the record by having to type in Sales Order #XXXXX, i just want them to enter the SO number into a text field, and then automatically populate the list/record before submit. Tried it via a workflow but an error saying that's not a valid value, probably because it's expecting the internal id of the transaction. But want to avoid having to script it.
