02/02/2023, 5:11 PMI am working on creating a basic sales order approval workflow that removes the approve button if the sales order total amount is greater than 1000. I set the conditions on the workflow and it does not remove the approve button. Reviewing the logs shows that Total >=1000 is False, even though the order total is greater than that amount. Anyone have this issue with sales order approval based on totals?
