Does anyone have experience with CCH SureTax? Our implementation partner told me it will take 2 months to implement CCH solution and trying to see if Avalara/AvaTax takes that long too...

Avalara has taken us over a year for a few reasons- 1. Customer service is between non-existent and actively detracting from implementation progress 2. Like C Buildings mentions below, if your items don't map to existing avalara codes you have to start monkeying around with custom tax rules & codes, which is doable but again it really helps to have support which you won't 3. Their netsuite connectors are full of idiosyncrasies that didn't exactly align with our business processes so it took a long time to figure out hacks/work-arounds (again with no support) Can't speak to CCH SureTax, not sure we knew of it early enough to evaluate but we needed non-US support
