Thanks for the recommendation, @markderrick. I feel like in the past I’ve heard not great things about SPS (hard to work with, don’t care about their customers much, legacy systems, etc.). Has that not been your experience?

I think the bottom line is that all third-parties suck occasionally, never found any which are consistently good. 'Not caring about customers' is such an subjective view, all depends on what your expectations are I guess. So many EDI integrations tend to be heavily based on the commercials, so sometimes you may not always get what you think you deserve if you go for the lowest cost option 🙂 My limited interaction with SPS has always been positive, but ask me again in 6 months!

Have worked with SPS to maintain a 'manual' portal for a while and just going through full NS integration project, nothing but positive things to say to date.
