I have WO for 100 pcs, Can I divide it to produce 60 pcs on Monday, 10 on Tuesday and 30 on Wednesday? Can Netsuite do that ?

If you're using the Assembly Build function you can do three separate builds over a span of days. That's perfectly ok to to. However, I've never seen functionality that will allow you to split an existing work order into sub-work orders.
