Hi, related to currency exchange rates. We have tried to use Netsuite Xignite and HSBC service providers. When we are checking rates from Netsuite those are not same rates which European Central Bank does for the certain moment. Does anyone have experience about those or how do you handle those in your case?

I'm assuming you have some legal requirement to conform with ECB? You can enter your own exchange rate manually on the transaction or load in your own exchange rate tables. Probably some less manual options out there from third parties, but it's been a while since I messed with multi-currency.

Just to be clear: by manual, I just mean a person at your company has to do it, instead of it auto-populating. You can upload thousands of days/exchange rates at once via csv.
