Actually they seem to be available as a sublist on inventoryitem, but not a search join: https://system.netsuite.com/help/helpcenter/en_US/srbrowser/Browser2022_2/script/record/inventoryitem.html So I'd have to load the translations separately for each item. I'm doing a search that returns 500 at a time so there would be performance problems.
