Anybody know where you can edit options selection for matrx items on an estimate/sales order? Don't really need the engineering etc columns.

It sounds like you want to remove the those columns from the form to make it easier to view. If this is the case, you need to edit your form by clicking “Customise” (top right) > Customise Form. Then go to the sublist fields tab and uncheck the show checkboxes for the columns you don’t want. Then change the form to your preferred one by clicking the Form is preferred checkbox - this makes it your default form. HTH
