Is anyone else having an issue with the Key Performance Indicators portlet not working on the Vendor Dashboard? I've tried removing the portlet and adding it back several times and it just spins for an extreme amount of time before showing an Unexpected error '<' / " on the portlet itself. This just randomly stopped working a few days ago and I haven't found the cause or solution yet.

Usually this is caused by a permission issue. Like you don't have permissions to some record used in the KPI's or the saved searches used.
Laslty, check that all you formulas in all the saved searches are not showing an error

Thanks, I'll check everything you mentioned. The permissions thing is odd though since it had been working fine for this specific user until just recently. It's not working for me and I have admin privelages.

Yeah the admin thing is weird...I feel like i've experienced this before as welll but can't remember what I did to fix it
Usually it's because of some recent change that was made. Can you think of any changes that were made recently to the saved search?
Also it might be a script governance thing. Does the KPI take forever to load?

The portlet used to load quickly from what I've been told. Now it takes forever and doesn't even load, which is where my adventures started in trying to figure out why. I found that article yesterday. in my sandbox I started removing one search at a time until I got it to load. For whatever reason, some of those searched that should be in the Standard section, like Purchases, or A/P Balance, were not in the list, checking the Custom KPI button, I didn't see those searches either, so it's bizarre. it's like they just were removed in the latest update, or someone removed them from the custom searches which is not the case.
even if I followed the article instructions, I cannot add them back to the KPI portlet since they don't exist in Standard or Custom. I was able to recreate a basic Purchases search using the article guidance, then find it in the custom section and add it back to the KPI portlet, but I don't know the parameters used prior in order to rebuild the 3 other searches I deleted from the portlet KPI.
