Any OW users? Got a user stuck in a subsidiary. Can't change them out of it, field isn't available as a drop box it's just static. Could this be because they have entries in related record subtab?

I take it they are not just assigned to one subsidiary. The role could also be only for one subsidiary.

Is this on a transaction or something? or an employee record?

Employees can only be in one subsidiary. Once they have related records like an expense report they cannot be changed to another subsidiary. Unless you were to remove those related records.

yep, once there are related transactions you can't change the subsidiary for an employee. the help text for this field says: "Note: Once a transaction has posted for the employee, you are not able to change the subsidiary selected on the employee record."

Agree, annoying. I literally cannot get my expenses paid due to this problem. I've got transactions in the parent subsidiary, but the account that we draw the expense checks from is in the child subsidiary. They cannot write me a check because I cannot change my subsidiary. I had to create a 2nd employee entry just for this purpose.
