Anyone integrate salary data in NS? Free style or via say Core HR?

we have salary data in NS using the payroll module. we have suitepeople and that has a compensation tracking feature, but we're not using it since we use payroll. not sure if they've integrated the two yet. do you have specific questions, or just wanted to know if people use it?

It's easy enough to put salary data in NetSuite in various ways, with or without SuitePeople. that said, I'm not sure if I'd recommend it because there might not be detailed enough permissions to hide it from all the people you need to.
